1. Application of Rigid Plastic HDPE PP Flakes Pelletizing Machine:

ESS series PP PE ABS Rigid Plastic HDPE PP Flakes Pelletizing Machine designed for recycling plastic solids/crushed flakes of PE (HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE), PP, PET, PC, PS. etc. Solid flakes should be less than 10mm for getting high performance.

 

1) Simple design, user-friendly operation.

2) Siemens BEIDER original motors, ABB/Schneider converts.

3) Siemens PLC, Celduc solid relay, Gefren pressure sensors, Omron Temperature controllers, LS air switch.

4) Lower investment cost for a high quality and durable machine.

5) Low energy consumption, High output capacity.

6) Usual delivery time: 90 working days.

7) Engineers are available to do commissioning work abroad..

 

2. Main Features of Rigid Plastic HDPE PP Flakes Pelletizing Machine:

(1) Mother and baby two Extruder design (Double Stage);
